PLC Control System

A simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need, allows you accurately to set the desired temperature and time.

Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The controller also includes a variety of safety devices, such as alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc.

 

Oven Wall Material

Oven wall interlayer material is 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm, built with heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall to form a sandwich insulation structure. This is an optimum design to maintain the temperature in oven chamber.
