Working Principle of Manual Electrostatic Powder Coating Spray Booth
The Fan motor will provide sufficienct air flow for the booth, and the oversprayed powder will be attracted in the cartridge filters by the air flow, and powders will be shocked down from the filters to the recycling tank.
1. Powder Tank, installed at the bottom of the booth, carry oversprayed powders from filter,
can be removed out when take the powders.
2. Fan motor, 2.2Kw, 1 set.
3. Cartridge Filters: we use filters D325xH900mm in the COLO-S-1517 Powder Coating Booth. Japanese imported materials.
