Automatic Powder Coating Line Configuration Characteristics
1. Automatic powder coating booth wall is made of anti-static plastic it does not attract powders which minimizes powder accumulation on the surface. There's air clean system continuously transports over sprayed powder from the booth floor, quickly recycling it back to the powder feed container.
2. Stainless steel cyclone achieves recycling efficiency up to 98%, a great saving of powders. a quick cleaning takes around 15 minutes.
3. The secondary recovey stage is combined with a group of high precision filters effectively capture ultra fine powders, thus only particle-free air discharged outside.
4. Automatic powder coating gun system allows custom design to select 2-24 pcs of auto spray guns to achieve any scale of production, one central control cabinet combines all gun controller for integrated operation, enbales to set parameters only at one host unit to control whole system.
5. Powder self-recycling feed center ensures maximum utilization of powder and least waste, so you no need to worry about the automatic powder recovery, filtering and powder return to the powder hopper.
Powder Coating Curing Tunne
Tunnel oven are designed for continuous operations in automatic powder coating line. Maximum painting efficiency is obtained with high capacities by means of those systems.
The powder coating oven made of 100mm rock wool board features heat-resistent. Quickly and uniformly raise to required temperature up to 250'C, increase production efficiency. With fan that circles hot air throght the entire chamber ensures uniform temperature.
Heating source can be electric, gas or diesel.
Overhead Conveyor System
Overhead conveyor system is the most commonly used solution for wet paint or powder coating finishing. The type of conveyor selected for your operation will depend on the weight, size and even the shape of the items being transported. We we can design whole conveyor system specially for your needs.
