The sand blasting machine designed with conveyor belt especially finishes heat exchanger in a lot of purposes, deburring, cleaning, descaling, smoothing. The continuous belt blast system features automatic blasting that obviously increases the production and releases manual labor.
During the process, the operators put or fix the work parts in the belt, once the parts is conveyed to the working tunnel, a group of automatic guns start swinging and blasting, after that the parts will be cleaned by air blowing gun to remove residual abrasive and dust.
Double working station of the conveyor blast system makes high production of surface finishes and shortens the blasting cycles.
The speed of conveyor belt is controlled by variable frequency, whose flexibility ensure the optimal finishing result.
The swinging angle, and distance between the blasting gun and parts can be adjusted to meet particular needs.
Only requires operator to load and unload the work pieces, conveying and blasting by the automatic blast system, easy and reliable.
