KF-X1-TC powder coating gun provides a solution to spray multiple coats of powder coating. 100kV spray gun ensures quality of the first coating film, which prepares for powder coating next layer. Powder gun controller with digital valve control technology, supports to precisely set parameters, operators could accurately adjust according to different powder coating layers.

Recoat program is optimized for parts which have already been coated.

3. Digital air flow technology for more accurate pneumatic data setting, ensures better atomization.
4. The precise powder output is able to control the thickness of coating film, results a consistent powder coating effect.
5. Voltage and current could be adjusted flexibly ( Voltage 0-100kV, Current Max.180μa ).
