Compact automatic powder coating line includes powder spray booth with recovery system, automatic coating guns and reciprocator, powder supply equipment, curing tunnel and conveyor system.

1. Mono cyclone achieves high recycling rate and extremely quick cleaning during color change taking around 15 minutes.
2. The secondary recovey stage is combined with a group of high precision filters effectively capture ultra fine powders, thus only particle-free air discharged outside.
3. There's air clean system continuously transports over sprayed powder from the booth floor, quickly recycling it back to the powder feed container.

Control cabine
1. A central control cabinet combines all gun controller for integrated operation, enbles to set parameters only at one host unit to control whole system.

1.Curing Tunnel is made of 100mm rock wool board with galvanized steel wall, features durable and heat-resistent.
2.Quickly and uniformly raise to required temperature up to 250'C, increase production efficiency
3.With fan that circles hot air throght the entire chamber ensures even temperature.
4.Heating source can be electric, gas or diesel, the latter is more recommended for economical expense
