Commercial Powder Coating Oven
COLO-1688 Powder Coating Oven is an economical midel, mainly used to cure the powder coating film on workparts' surface. Taking electric energy as heating source to heat air, the heated air is recirculated in the oven chamber to obtain a lot energy savings, and a circulation fan provides accurate air distribution to ensure a better powder curing temperature inside the oven.

Oven Wall Material
Interlayer is made of 100mm thickness rock wool insulation, together with galvanized steel inner wall and powder coated steel outer wall, form a sandwich structure, which optimizes the heat preservation effect.
Circulation Fan
Forced air circulation by 0.75kw fan, ensures uniform temperature in chamber with a minimal temperature difference, in order to make parts cure with a quality finish with even gloss and consistent color.
Built-in Shelves
Built-in shelves are designed for hanging workparts, features convenient for spraying heavy and bulky parts, which is a labor-saving device.
Control Panel
The control panel offers all functions needed. Support for setting required time and temperature precisely to get a wonderful powder coating curing effect.
