CL-1010W Wet Snadblasting Cabinet
The wet sandblasting cabinet as a pretreatment part in this equipment, mainly working purpose is to removal of paint, rust, scale, carbon and similar deposits on workparts surface, ensure a better effect on powder coating process.
Wet sandblasting cabinet uses a seal-less slurry pump to convert the abrasive media and water into a slurry mixture. This slurry mixture is then transferred or pumped directly to the abrasive blast gun where compressed air pressure moves the mixture with the desired pressure rating.

COLO-191S Powder Coating Gun
With digital valve control technology, offers precise powder feed and atomizing adjusting. The consistent and gentle powder output leads to uniform finish, gives optimal powder transfer efficiency and high quality coated surfaces.
This powder coating machine has 3 pre-set coating modes for flat parts, corners and re-coat jobs, it also allows to create and store 20 personalized programs. A powerful model suitable both beginners or experienced specialists.

COLO-1517 Powder Coating Spray Booth
1. Built with high-precision filters and powerful extraction fan motor to capture oversprayed powder precisely.
2. Removable powder collector on the bottom of booth is used for collecting oversprayed powders.
3. Quick-release type filters are conveniently for simple and fast operation during color change.
4. The PLC panel controlls the fan working, filter cleaning and other parameters.
