COLO-668 Powder Gun Controller
1. Voltage can be flexibly adjusted from 0-100kv, the voltage and amperage values will be shown on the digital display for easy and accurate reading.
2.Just press the 4 one-touch buttons, coating mode switches automatically between flat-parts coating program, corner coating program, repeat coating program, and pulse coating program.
3.The 100kv automatic powder spray gun features high transfer efficiency and delivers smooth powder output, which optimizes powder utilization and application quality.
COLO-2200D PLC Powder Coating Reciprocator
1) Driven by frequency motor controlled via PLC system, makes more precise movement that saves powders a lot.
2) Delivers smooth reciprocating movement thanks to belt transmission that improves consistency and uniformity of coating film.
3) Allows to carry 2-24 pcs spray guns, sturdy construction could adapt to continual high load everyday.
4) Movement is programmed in various speeds & strokes to suit conveyor speed & object height respectively.
5) Working parameters can be easily set on a user-friendly touching screen, which allows 20 storable programs.
