Deatils of Automatic Powder Feeding Center for Fast Color Change
Connect with powder injector, and the injector is connected with outside auto powder guns.
Powder Sieving Parts: it is connected with the inside powder container and the outside spray booth The old powders will be recycled into this sieving parts through a powder recycling injector, then the old powders will be delivered into the powder container for second uge.
How to operate:
1.Starting up
When you turn on the power, power supply indicator on human-computer interface is on.
The system starts self-test, after a few seconds it enters the start page.
Touch "work mode" button on the screen, the system enters the work mode as below.
2. Work mode
Start or stop all components. Touch the corresponding keys to the various components. They can be started / or stopped.
3. Start or stop pump platform level
Press more than 3 seconds to make sure no wrong operation.
4. Powder gun cleaning
Close fluidization key- Close pump platform level key-Unplug the fluidization air quick connector-Remove the powder hopper-Press the pump platform level key for more than 3 seconds- Pump platform level falls and make the suction tube plug into the blowback nozzles-Press the blowback key.
Then the powder supply center will automatically backflow and clean the powder tube, venturi pumps, pipes and powder guns as per the setting pulse time. After cleaning, press backflow key to close, and then press pump platform level for more than 3 seconds. And pump platform rises to high level. Powder cleaning ends.
